It's not that hard. I you use any good program like Dream Weaver or Front Page they are built in.
- Click on the where you want to insert the rollover image.
- In the Insert toolbar in the "Common" tab click on the triangle next to the "Images" icon and select "Rollover Image".
- The in the "Rollover Image" window:
- Set the name of the rollover image e.g. "poopy".
- Select the Original image e.g. "images/poopy.png"
- Select the Rollover image e.g. "images/overpoopy.png"
- Set the alternate text e.g. "poop".
- Press the "OK" button.
